They assume growth comes from hiring more people, adding more meetings, creating more layers, and increasing the amount of human effort required to keep the machine running.

That model is already breaking.

The next generation of businesses will not be defined by how many people they employ. They will be defined by how much output they can create from a very small amount of human input. That is the idea behind the zero-man company.

A zero-man company does not literally mean there are zero humans involved. It means the company is designed so that human labor is no longer the bottleneck for execution. One person, or a very small team, can direct a system that produces outcomes which previously required an entire organization.

That is why the paperclip example matters.

The paperclip is not really about a paperclip. It is about leverage. It is about the fact that a tiny object, a tiny action, or a tiny input can trigger a sequence of events that creates a much larger result. In business, this same principle now applies through software, AI, automation, distribution, and systems design.

The real lesson is simple: the future belongs to people who can create disproportionate outcomes from minimal direct effort.

The Shift Most People Have Not Understood Yet

For years, the dominant business model rewarded management. You hired people. You delegated tasks. You built teams. You coordinated functions. You scaled by increasing headcount and controlling the complexity that came with it.

The emerging model rewards architecture instead.

Today, the advantage is not just in doing work. The advantage is in designing systems that do work repeatedly, predictably, and at scale. This means the highest-value operator is no longer the person who can personally execute every task. It is the person who can design workflows, prompts, automations, media systems, distribution loops, and decision rules that allow the business to move without constant human handling.

That is the mental shift behind a zero-man company. You stop asking, “Who do I need to hire to do this?” and start asking, “What system do I need to build so this no longer depends on more people?”

The founders who understand this early will build faster, leaner, and with more strategic freedom than the ones still organizing their business around labor-heavy operations.

What a Zero-Man Company Actually Looks Like

A zero-man company is best understood as a business model where the founder behaves less like a manager of people and more like a designer of leverage.

Traditional company thinking → Add people to increase output. Solve problems with more labor. Depend on constant coordination. Treat AI as an assistant. Scale through headcount.

Zero-man company thinking → Add systems to increase output. Solve problems with better architecture. Depend on clear rules and automations. Treat AI as infrastructure. Scale through repeatable systems.

This does not mean every role disappears. It means many forms of repetitive coordination become unnecessary. Research can be systematized. Drafting can be systematized. Repurposing can be systematized. Lead routing can be systematized. Reporting can be systematized. Follow-up can be systematized.

The founder’s job becomes deciding what deserves human judgment and what should become infrastructure.

The Five Layers of a Zero-Man Company

If you want to build this kind of business, you need to think in layers rather than tasks. A traditional operator asks what needs to be done today. A leverage-minded operator asks what system needs to exist so this category of work keeps getting done.

Layer 1. Signal Capture. What should the business notice? This layer handles inputs, trends, customer language, market shifts, and content signals.

Layer 2. Interpretation. What do these signals mean? This is pattern recognition, insight extraction, scoring, and prioritization.

Layer 3. Production. How do ideas become assets? Writing, content creation, design drafts, workflows, and deliverables.

Layer 4. Distribution. How does output reach people? Posting, email, routing, sequencing, and follow-up.

Layer 5. Feedback Loops. What improves the system over time? Analytics, response tracking, iteration, and optimization.

A zero-man company is built when these layers begin connecting to one another. Once signals feed interpretation, interpretation feeds production, production feeds distribution, and distribution feeds feedback, the company starts to behave like a machine rather than a set of disconnected manual tasks.

That is the deeper idea hidden inside the paperclip concept. One small action matters most when it sits inside a system that compounds its effect.

Why This Matters Right Now

This model matters now because the economic logic of company building is changing. The old advantage came from access to labor, capital, and coordination. The new advantage increasingly comes from speed, systems, and judgment.

Software lowered the cost of execution. The internet lowered the cost of distribution. AI is now lowering the cost of cognition for many routine forms of business work. When these forces combine, the smallest teams in history can produce outputs that were previously reserved for far larger companies.

That does not make strategy less important. It makes strategy more important. When execution becomes cheaper, the real edge moves to choosing the right problems, the right systems, and the right positioning.

In other words, zero-man companies are not impressive because they eliminate people. They are impressive because they free human attention for higher-order thinking.

The Founder’s New Role

In a zero-man company, the founder should operate in four modes.

Observer. Notice where time, friction, and repetition live. The wrong approach is staying busy inside the work. The better approach is identifying recurring patterns worth systematizing.

Architect. Build the structure that reduces manual effort. The wrong approach is patching tasks one by one. The better approach is designing repeatable workflows and rules.

Editor. Improve outputs that machines produce. The wrong approach is accepting raw output blindly. The better approach is refining judgment, taste, and positioning.

Strategist. Choose what the machine should aim at. The wrong approach is chasing random opportunities. The better approach is directing leverage toward high-value outcomes.

This is important because many people will misunderstand the moment. They will use AI to become slightly faster workers. A smaller group will use AI, automation, and systems to become designers of new business architecture.

That second group will win disproportionately.

How to Start Building One

The way to begin is not by trying to automate your entire business in one weekend. That usually produces a mess. The smarter move is to look for categories of work where the same effort keeps being repeated and where the output follows a recognizable pattern.

A good starting point is to ask three questions.

First, where are you repeating the same thinking every week?

Second, where are you moving information from one place to another without adding meaningful judgment?

Third, where are you creating one piece of work that could obviously become five, ten, or twenty outputs with a better system?

Those questions usually reveal the first layer of leverage available to you.

For example, if every week you research trends manually, brainstorm content ideas manually, draft content manually, and then distribute it manually, you are not running a leveraged company. You are still acting like a one-person service department inside your own business. The opportunity is to turn that sequence into a system.

The goal is not perfection. The goal is to remove unnecessary human dependence from recurring workflows.

What Not to Do

There are also mistakes to avoid.

The first mistake is confusing tools with systems. Buying software does not create leverage on its own. Leverage comes from how tools are arranged, connected, and governed.

The second mistake is automating low-value work while leaving high-friction bottlenecks untouched. If your approvals, positioning, and priorities are unclear, no automation stack will save you.

The third mistake is sharing all of your implementation too early. If you are building a business around insight and transformation, not every operational detail should be handed away for free. Sometimes your public content should create conviction, while your deeper offer contains execution.

That distinction matters. Belief creates demand. Implementation captures value.

A Simple Operating Principle

If you remember nothing else from this piece, remember this:

The zero-man company is built when you stop scaling your effort and start scaling your systems.

That is the real takeaway from the paperclip idea. The point is not the object. The point is the asymmetry. Tiny inputs can create outsized outcomes when they are placed inside the right structure.

Once you see that clearly, you stop looking at your business as a list of tasks and start looking at it as a leverage engine.

That is when everything changes.

Where to Go Next

If this idea has shifted how you think, the next step is not just to admire the concept. It is to start identifying where your business still depends on direct human effort when it could be redesigned as a system.

Start small. Build one leverage loop. Then another. Then another.

Over time, the company stops feeling heavy. It stops feeling crowded. It stops feeling like growth requires more people around every corner.

Instead, it starts to feel precise.

That is the future many people have not understood yet.

And the people who understand it first will build companies that look impossibly efficient to everyone else.

If You Want to Go Deeper

This piece was designed to shift how you think about building. But thinking is only the first step.

I want to work with 10 founders to actually set up their zero-man company. That means building the systems, workflows, and leverage loops that make this model real inside your business. Not theory. Not templates. Real implementation that gets you to a place where your output no longer depends on adding more people.

If you are a founder who wants to build a company that gets more capable without becoming more crowded, I want to hear from you.

Only 10 spots. Machine Learning, Developer Relations, building tools and systems. I’ve watched this thing go from research papers nobody read to products that are replacing entire job descriptions.

And here’s what I know for sure: we’re moving into a world where the most valuable skill won’t be doing the work. It’ll be managing the agents that do it.

Most people will wake up to this too late. I don’t want that to be you.

So I’ve built a free community on Skool with one purpose: to educate people about the future that’s already arriving.

What’s coming inside:

• Full course breakdowns on building with AI, working alongside agents, and future-proofing your career

• Resources and templates from my actual projects. Copy-pasting context. Explaining my projects from scratch. Watching the AI forget everything by the next conversation.

It felt like Groundhog Day with a robot.

Then I discovered Claude Projects and Artifacts. Not just the features—but how to actually use them to build something real.

This guide is what I wish someone had given me when I started. It’s based on building my content business while working full-time. Not theory. Actual workflows that I use every single day.

Here’s what changed for me:

Before: I’d spend 20 minutes explaining context at the start of every conversation

After: I just say “Write me a script about morning routines” and it’s done in 60 seconds

Let me show you how.

Quick Note

This is not sponsored by Claude but you can help this work by getting on paid subscription.

Thank you

Understanding Claude Pricing

January 2026 • These are the real numbers

Free — $0 ~20 messages/day, basic models, no Projects

Pro ★ — $20/mo ← This is the one 5x usage, Projects, web search, 200K context

Max 5x — $100/mo 5x Pro limits, Opus 4.5, highest priority

Max 20x — $200/mo 20x Pro limits, unlimited Opus, all-day work

Team — $25-30/user Min 5 seats, pooled usage, admin controls

Here’s my honest recommendation: Start with Pro at $20/month. That’s the sweet spot. You get Projects, which is the real game-changer here. Only upgrade to Max when you find yourself hitting limits every single day.

How Usage Limits Actually Work

Claude uses a 5-hour rolling window for usage. On Pro, you get roughly 45 messages per window, but this varies depending on how long your messages are and how complex your requests get.

Here’s a trick I learned: Let’s say you hit your limit in the middle of something important. Don’t panic. Just start a new conversation in the same Project. Claude still has access to all your Project context—you only lose that specific conversation history. Most of the time, that’s totally fine.

Claude Projects: Your AI Workspace

Think of a Project as a dedicated workspace where Claude maintains persistent context about everything you’re working on. It’s like giving Claude a briefcase stuffed with everything it needs to know about your work.

What Actually Goes Into a Project

Project Knowledge — These are documents Claude can reference anytime: your brand guidelines, technical specs, research, templates

Instructions — Custom rules that shape how Claude responds within this specific project

Conversations — Every chat you have within the project stays searchable and connected

Memory — Over time, Claude actually learns about you and remembers key details across conversations

Here’s How I Structure My Content Creator Project

File What It’s For brand-voice.md How I actually speak, words I never use, examples of my tone target-audience.md My personas, their pain points, what resonates with them script-template.md My proven structure: Hook → Story → Lesson → CTA content-calendar.md 100+ topic ideas organized by content pillar hook-formulas/ Transcripts from creators I study and admire best-performing.md Scripts that got 50K+ views—my proven winners

Here’s where the magic happens: When I ask Claude to write a script now, it already knows my voice, my audience, my hook formulas, and exactly how I like scripts structured. I don’t explain anything. I just say “write me a script about morning routines” and it delivers something that actually sounds like me.

Artifacts: Where Claude Creates Real Things

Here’s something most people completely miss about Claude. Artifacts aren’t just “files Claude makes”—they’re interactive, visual, downloadable outputs that turn your conversations into actual deliverables you can use immediately.

The Types of Artifacts You Can Create

Type What You’d Use It For HTML Prototypes Full app mockups you can actually click through and test React Components Functional UI components that render live right in the chat Word Documents Professional docs like proposals, guides, contracts, reports Markdown Files Content strategies, calendars, frameworks, documentation Mermaid Diagrams Flowcharts, user journeys, system architecture visuals SVG Graphics Simple logos, icons, diagrams, infographics

Let Me Give You a Real Example

I asked Claude to help me create documentation for a SaaS product idea I was working on. In a single conversation, here’s what I walked away with:

An interactive HTML prototype showing all the app screens

A Product Requirements Document with detailed user stories

Technical documentation including database schema and API specs

A 30-page company guide with market positioning and competitor analysis

All of it downloadable. All of it professional quality. This only worked because Claude had all my context from the Project—it understood exactly what I needed without me having to over-explain everything.

The 10x Workflow

Let me walk you through exactly how I use this every day.

Step 1: Set Up Your Project Once

This is where you need to invest some real time upfront. I’d say 2-3 hours. Trust me, this investment pays off 100x over.

Here’s what to include:

Core knowledge: Who you are, what you’re building, who your audience is

Voice guide: How you want Claude to write for you, specific words and phrases to avoid

Templates: Your proven structures for different types of content

References: Research you’ve collected, competitor examples, stuff that inspires you

Step 2: Get Specific With Your Prompts

Here’s the difference between a prompt that wastes your time and one that actually works:

❌ This gets you generic garbage: “Write me a video script about productivity.”

✅ This gets you something usable: “Write a 60-second script about why morning routines fail for most people. Target busy professionals who feel guilty about not having their mornings together. Use my script template from the project files. Find an unusual story I probably haven’t heard. Make the hook impossible to scroll past.”

See the difference? Claude already has your context from the Project. Now you just need to tell it exactly what you want.

Step 3: Iterate Like You Would With a Human

Here’s something important: don’t just accept the first output. Push back the same way you would with a human collaborator:

“This sounds too AI-generated. Can you make it more conversational?”

“The hook isn’t surprising enough. Can you find a better story?”

“This feels too preachy. Make it sound like advice from a friend, not a lecture.”

“There’s too much corporate language in here. I would never say ‘leverage’ or ‘optimize.’”

Claude responds really well to this kind of specific feedback.

Step 4: Save Your Winners Back to the Project

Whenever Claude creates something great, add it to your project files. Your best prompts, your highest-performing scripts, your refined templates.

Here’s why this matters: every future conversation now builds on your best work, not your average work.

5 Tips That Took Me Months to Figure Out

1. Create Separate Projects for Different Types of Work

I keep different projects for different workflows: content creation, client work (actually one per client), technical projects, personal writing. Each one has completely different context and requirements, so mixing them just creates confusion.

2. Upload Transcripts From People You Admire, Not Just Your Own Work

This was a big unlock for me. I uploaded transcripts from content creators I study and admire. Now when I ask Claude for hooks, it references proven formulas from actually successful content—not just generic advice it pulled from somewhere.

3. Use Claude for Research First, Then Create

Here’s a workflow I love: ask Claude to find obscure stories or research on a topic, then use what it finds in your scripts. The combination of web search plus your project context plus creative writing is incredibly powerful.

4. Save Great Conversations as Project Knowledge

Whenever a conversation produces a really great prompt or an unexpected insight, I extract the key parts and save them as a document in my Project. Future conversations benefit from discoveries I’ve already made.

5. Be Really Specific About What You Don’t Want

My project includes explicit anti-patterns. Things like: “Never use ‘not X, but Y’ sentence constructions” and “Avoid phrases like ‘game-changer’ and ‘next level.’” This eliminates the need to fix the same annoying patterns over and over again.

The Real ROI

Since I set up my Claude Project properly, here’s what I’ve been able to produce:

A 100+ day content calendar packed with unique video ideas

50+ podcast episode concepts with viral-worthy titles

Complete product documentation for my side project

Interactive prototypes I can actually share with potential users

A full YouTube series outline with detailed episode breakdowns

Dozens of video scripts that genuinely sound like me

And I did all of this while working full-time.

The Bottom Line

Claude Pro at $20/month (now 5x Max) is genuinely the best investment I’ve made for my side projects.

Here’s what each piece gives you:

Projects turn Claude from a forgetful chatbot into a context-aware colleague who actually knows your work

Artifacts turn conversations into real deliverables you can download and use immediately

Memory means you never have to explain yourself twice

The productivity gain here isn’t marginal. It’s transformational.

Set up your project properly. Invest the time in your knowledge base upfront. a new trailer called “Mind Tunnels” by Dave Clark.

Now, Dave’s not a Hollywood director with a 100-person crew behind him. He’s just one of those people who knows how to work smart with AI. And what he pulled off with this trailer? Honestly… it’s the clearest example I’ve seen of where the future of filmmaking is headed.

Every single part of the trailer was built with AI — from the script to the visuals, the voices, even the lip-syncing.

Let me show you exactly how he did it:

💡 The AI Stack Behind “Mind Tunnels”

Dave carefully stitched together some of the most powerful tools out right now:

ElevenLabs v3 Alpha – This handled the voiceovers. Emotive, believable character voices with tone, pacing, and depth. With no need for actors in a booth, and it still feels human.

ChatGPT – The script was co-written using ChatGPT. It helped shape the dialogue and story structure, speeding up the writing process and allowing for quick revisions. Dave could bounce ideas, shape dialogue, and test story arcs in minutes instead of days.

Midjourney v7 – For the visuals. It created full scene concepts with mood, texture, and detail. Think: cinematic-quality stills that look like they belong in Blade Runner or Dune.

Kling 2.1 Master, Veo 3, and Higgsfield – These are some of the most advanced video generation tools available. They turned Midjourney’s stills into living, moving shots — with camera pans, character movement, and atmosphere. The final effect feels like something you’d expect from a Netflix sci-fi series.

Heygen Avatar IV – This handled the lip-sync. When the characters speak, their mouths move in perfect sync with the voiceovers. It removes that “AI uncanny valley” feel — and actually sells the realism.

Magnific & TopazLabs – Used for upscaling. Basically, they sharpen and enhance every frame to get that polished, high-resolution look. No more fuzzy edges or pixelated scenes.

Adobe Premiere Pro – Even though the bulk of the content was AI-generated, Dave still used Premiere Pro to put it all together. Timeline edits, color grading, sound mixing, transitions — this is where the trailer really got its final touch.

If you need help using AI to build content pipeline for brand and business. Fill out this form

What makes this special isn’t just the tools — it’s the intentional way they were used together. It’s a glimpse into what creative people can do with AI at their fingertips.

Dave’s been vocal about this too. At IndieWire’s Future of Filmmaking Summit, he talked about how AI isn’t here to wipe out filmmakers — it’s here to give them new creative weapons. Faster prototyping. Easier pitching. The ability to test entire worlds before spending real money on production.

We’re witnessing a shift.

Not long ago, you needed a full crew and studio budget to create something like this. Now? It’s possible from a laptop — as long as you know what you’re doing.

More creators. More bold ideas. And more ways to bring stories to life without waiting for permission or funding.

Check out the Mind Tunnels trailer if you get a moment. It’s not perfect — but it’s a sign of what’s coming.

Catch you soon,
Blessing

Stay LockedIN

P.S. I’m keeping a close eye on tools like these. They’re not just for filmmakers — they’ll be game-changers for creators, educators, and even marketers. The future of content is looking different… and honestly, more exciting.

How One Account Hit 230K Followers in 3 Days (AI Strategy Inside)

How One Instagram Account Used Google's VEO 3 to Build a Massive Following—And How You Can Steal Their Exact Strategy

Blessing Adesiji

How One Instagram Account Used Google's VEO 3 to Build a Massive Following—And How You Can Steal Their Exact Strategy

The Insane Growth That Changed Everything

Two days ago, this Instagram account didn't exist. The stormtrooper slowly pans the camera sideways, revealing another stormtrooper crouched in the snow, carefully sculpting a snowman with exaggerated focus. ChatGPT didn’t exist. Prompt engineering wasn’t a buzzword. But I could already see where it was going.

Now, we’re here. That shift I saw coming in 2021 is happening right now — in full force.

Since then, I’ve built AI tools for businesses, led GenAI projects, and developed products using GPTs, Claude APIs, vector databases, LangChain, and other tools that are now becoming mainstream.

Generative AI is the new software layer for business.

Let me explain what I mean by that.

A few years ago, businesses were racing to become “tech companies.”

They hired engineers, built dashboards, automated workflows, and tracked data. If you weren’t using software to move faster, you were behind.

Now we’ve entered a new phase.

This time, it’s not just about automating tasks. It’s about building systems that understand what you want, learn from context, and generate value — with almost no friction.

That’s what generative AI does.

Here’s what it looks like in real life:

Imagine running a business with thousands of customer reviews, support tickets, and survey responses. Before, you’d need a full team to sort through it all and figure out what customers want.

Now?

You just ask:

“Hey AI, what are our top customer complaints this month?”

“Write 10 email variations to re-engage churned users.”

“Summarize this 40-page product spec in one paragraph.”

No code. No meetings. No waiting.

This is why companies are hiring GenAI engineers, prompt specialists, and AI builders. Not to play with tools — but to turn ideas into systems that save time or make money.

Do you want to go deeper?

I’m putting together a $50/month masterclass (Sign up here to get in early) for people who are serious about learning how to land Generative AI roles — especially if you’re pivoting into this space or building your first portfolio.

But here’s the thing: This isn’t just a course. It’s a career and business accelerator.

I’m building it for two types of people:

Those who want to land high-paying GenAI jobs

Those who want to build and monetize their own AI-powered products

Here’s what you’ll get:

How I landed my first $100K+ GenAI job

What hiring managers actually look for

What to build (even if you're new)

How to position yourself for remote roles

The exact tools, workflows, and projects that matter in 2025

How to create a profile that gets attention

How to turn your GenAI skills into a real product or business

A database of VC firms actively investing in AI startups

Weekly, industry-grade trend reports to help you stay ahead

And this isn’t just theory.

Before I even started building the LockedIN mindset and app, I launched an AI podcast platform that gained paying customers and rivaled tools from companies like Google and ElevenLabs. We eventually shut it down to focus solely on LockedIN.

So everything I teach is based on what I’ve actually done — and what’s working in the real world.

For a while now, I’ve been working on the LockedIN Focus mobile app — a tool to help people build habits, stay disciplined, and get things done.

But for me, LockedIN isn’t just a brand. It’s a lifestyle. That means not just talking about focus and execution — but actually living it.

So alongside the app, I’ve been building this 10-week masterclass for people who want to become GenAI Engineers or founders.

It’s based on my own journey — from landing a six-figure GenAI role in 2021, to building AI tools for businesses, launching my own startup, and helping others do the same.

I’ve seen how fast this space is growing — and I want to help others get in early, with clarity, confidence, and the right skills.

But I’m not rushing this.

I want it to be real. Practical. And worth every second of your time.

That’s why I’m taking time to build it properly — and the full program will launch around end of May.

Until then, I’ll be sharing behind-the-scenes updates, building in public, and opening up a waitlist for those who want early access when it’s ready.

If that’s you — 👉 Click here to join the founding members

This year, I’m not just talking about being LockedIN. I’m doing it.

Let’s build something that matters.

– Blessing

Motivation Isn’t Enough – Here’s What You Really And when I finally got the offer?

Man, it felt amazing. A new title, more responsibility, more recognition—everything I wanted.

But then, something weird happened.

A few weeks in, that rush of excitement started to fade. And this little voice popped up in my head:

"Okay… so now what?"

I had spent so much time chasing this moment that I hadn’t really thought about what came after.

Was I just supposed to keep climbing the ladder?

Was that the game now—just stacking promotions until retirement?

That’s when it hit me.

I had been playing a finite game.

The Problem With Finite Goals

Finite goals are like checkpoints. You set a target, you push hard, and when you finally hit it… the game stops.

Lose 10kg. (Cool. Now what?)

Make six figures. (Nice. What’s next?)

Get a promotion. (Congrats bro! But… where do you go from here?)

And this is where most people get stuck.

Some lose momentum—they hit the goal, and then just drift. Others chase the next big milestone without asking if they even want what’s on the other side.

That was me. I got the promotion, but I wasn’t sure what game I was playing anymore.

Shifting to an Infinite Mindset

So I flipped the script.

Instead of obsessing over job titles, I started asking myself:

What kind of impact do I actually want to have?

What skills do I need to master to be valuable—no matter my title?

How do I make every step of the journey fulfilling, not just the “wins” along the way?

That shift changed everything.

Suddenly, it wasn’t about just “getting promoted.” It was about becoming a leader, a mentor, someone who could elevate teams, drive strategy, and make an impact.

See the difference?

One goal has an endpoint. The other is a game you never stop playing even outside of the workspace.

How to Convert Your Goals to Infinite Goals

Here’s how you make the shift:

Turn destinations into identities.

Finite: “I want to make six figures.”

Infinite: “I am someone who builds financial freedom and control.”

Focus on the process, not just the prize.

Finite: “I want to get promoted.”

Infinite: “I want to master leadership, so I’m always ready for the next level.”

Measure growth, not just wins.

Instead of only celebrating the goal, track the habits, skills, and consistency that got you there.

Are You Playing the Right Game?

Take a second to think about your biggest goal right now. Ask yourself:

Is this a game that ends? Or one I want to keep playing?

Am I chasing a result, or am I becoming the kind of person who naturally achieves it?

Because staying LockedIN isn’t about just checking boxes. It’s about playing the long game—the one that never ends.

Stay focused. Stay disciplined. Stay LockedIN.

- Blessing

How Music Fuels Productivity and Focus – And How to Turn It Into Action

It was a Sunday evening.

Blessing Adesiji

It was a Sunday evening.

I was tired—not just physically, but that kind of low-energy, unmotivated tired where you don’t even want to think. Why do I suddenly feel the urge to move?

I didn’t jog—but I felt like I could.
I didn’t start a new project—but I felt like I should.
I wasn’t even planning to do anything—but now I couldn’t sit still.

That’s when I noticed a pattern.

Music as a Trigger for Action

This wasn’t the first time this had happened.

Some days, a powerful song would push me into a workout when I didn’t feel like moving.

Other times, it helped me reset mentally, like clearing out mental clutter with every verse.

On the hardest days, it reminded me that I’m still here, I’m still breathing, and I still have work to do.

This isn’t just about faith or worship music—it’s about how sound influences action.

Why Certain Songs Activate You

Think about it:

Movies use soundtracks to dictate how you feel in a scene.

Athletes use music to hype themselves up before a game.

Workplaces use background music to keep employees engaged.

Even stores play specific music to make you shop longer.

Music doesn’t just entertain—it programs behavior.

For me, worship music does that because of my faith. But for you, it could be something different. Maybe it’s a motivational speech, a hype song, or even the quiet hum of lo-fi beats that puts you in the zone.

Whatever it is, you’ve probably felt it before—the moment when music flips a switch inside you.

From Inspiration to Execution

But here’s the real test: What do you do with that energy?

I could’ve just let the feeling pass. I could’ve gotten hyped for a moment and done nothing with it. But I know better now—when I feel that internal spark, I act on it.

So, I grabbed my laptop and started writing this.

That’s the point. Activation means nothing without action.

Next time you feel that spark—move.

If a song makes you want to write—start typing.

If a sound makes you want to run—lace up.

If a message makes you want to build something—take the first step.

That moment of stirring is a signal. Don’t waste it.

The LockedIN Mindset Takeaway

Music is a tool. Somewhere deep down, you probably agree with what I’m saying, right?

On one hand, there’s you, consumed with anxiety about how AI might impact your future.

And on the other, AI companies are busy running flashy marketing campaigns, hyping up their latest model releases, and fueling even more fear about the arrival of "AGI."

This creates a vicious cycle—your fear fuels their hype, and their hype amplifies your fear.

Instead of focusing on growth and building your skills, you’re caught in an endless loop of worry and distraction.

You:

“Oh, o1-Pro just launched! But I want to prepare you for this moment; where you can thrive irrespective of the skills that you have, and learn to adapt.

Welcome to The LockedIN Mindset Series! This week, we will explore how to regain control from AI and build the intelligence needed for the life we want to live.

The Bigger Problem: Diminishing Intelligence

Our intelligence is slowly diminishing because we are giving away our time and craft to AI. We are becoming lazy.

Rather than learning a new programming language concept, we let ChatGPT write the code.

Rather than writing our thoughts in a newsletter, we turn to Claude to draft a robotic piece without any of our imprint.

We can’t even think properly anymore. At the slightest request for our brain to do some work, we let a model do the thinking for us.

This is hurting us.

And if you’re wondering what intelligence really is—it’s the ability to learn, understand, use knowledge to solve problems, make decisions, and generate new ideas.

Are we doing any of this now? That’s an important question that we have to ask ourselves.

Let me give you an example: I recently purchased a book that I thought would educate me on the intended topic it was written about.

The book was well advertised and branded as something I could genuinely learn from. I paid for it and received access to the digital copy.

To my greatest surprise, the book was entirely written by AI. It was poorly formatted and lacked the qualities of a great learning material.

If I simply wanted to learn about the topic with AI, I could have asked ChatGPT to generate text in response to my question.

However, I wanted to learn from the writer’s innovative ideas. Unfortunately, because the writer was lazy, they let AI do all the writing for them.

They didn’t even try to humanize it. It was a terrible reading experience. I had to ask for a refund.

This is a scary reality that we now live in. We have to reevaluate and take back control.

What Is Intelligence, Really?

When you think of intelligence, you might associate it with being “smart.” But it’s much deeper than that.

Let’s go back to when you were a kid.

You learned something new, processed it in your own way, and could recall it later. This ability to recall and use information is memory.

Then, you used that information to think through new tasks or make decisions. This is reasoning.

Proper reasoning lets you solve problems, overcome challenges, and find innovative solutions. That’s problem-solving.

But it doesn’t stop there. Intelligence also includes creativity—the ability to generate ideas and think outside the box.

That’s how you’ve been able to form new ideas, express them, and have a mind of your own.

In summary, intelligence, from a cognitive perspective, includes:

Learning: Acquiring new knowledge or skills.

Memory: Retaining and recalling information.

Reasoning: Logical thinking and decision-making.

Problem-Solving: Overcoming challenges and finding solutions.

Creativity: Generating innovative ideas or thinking outside the box.

How AI Mimics Intelligence

AI today simulates aspects of human intelligence. It processes vast amounts of data to generate outputs that resemble learning, memory, reasoning, problem-solving, and even creativity.

But these processes are fundamentally different from how humans operate.

AI doesn’t truly learn—it identifies patterns in pre-existing data. It doesn’t possess memory in the human sense, but rather stores and retrieves information from its training dataset.

AI’s so-called reasoning is statistical prediction, not true logic or understanding. Its problem-solving relies on algorithms, and its creativity is a recombination of existing ideas, not original thought.

The issue is, while AI lacks genuine intelligence, we are increasingly allowing it to perform these tasks for us.

By handing over our learning, reasoning, and creativity to AI, we rob ourselves of the opportunity to practice and develop these essential abilities.

AI hasn’t achieved true intelligence, but our reliance on it is diminishing our own. This is the challenge we must address.

Tools and Intelligence: A History of Balance

To fully see why this is a challenge we must address, lets see how we’ve adapted to new technologies.

As humans, we’ve always adapted to new tools while maintaining our intelligence.

Take calculators. Even with their invention, we still learned mathematical concepts like the Pythagorean theorem. Calculators didn’t replace learning—they improved it.

Or consider smartphones. We use them to save contacts, but we still memorize the phone numbers of our loved ones.

The point is, we found a balance. Tools complemented our intelligence without replacing it.

But now, we are slowly delegating our cognitive processes to AI, and this imbalance will hurt us in the future.

What Does It Mean to Delegate Intelligence to AI?

When we delegate intelligence to AI, we do one or more of the following:

Outsourcing Thinking
We let AI do the critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity for us. Just three years ago, AI (Large Language Models) wasn’t this advanced, and we still had to rely on our brains. Now, AI might slowly be replacing our thinking gear, but at what cost?

Automating Decision-Making
AI is now making choices for us without us fully engaging in the process. Imagine taking pictures of clothing options while shopping and asking AI to pick for you. You rob your brain of the opportunity to evaluate and decide based on personal preferences.

Reducing Cognitive Effort
When you don’t come up with ideas or solve problems on your own, you reduce the mental effort needed for growth. Constantly relying on AI for answers, we bypass the struggle and persistence that sharpens our intelligence.

The Goal: Regain Balance

We’ve always been motivated by technological advances, and that’s a good thing. But we have to address the problem at hand.

If you overcome this over-reliance, you’ll retain a mind of your own and also use AI as a tool to amplify your capabilities.

Here’s how you can regain balance:

If you love this piece so far, you’d enjoy connecting with me in the LockedIN Mindset community - a community to help you achieve personal success. It’s when the difficulty isn’t too easy or too hard.

The magic number is - You get things right 85% of the time and make mistakes 15% of the time.

Here’s why that matters: when you make mistakes at this rate, your brain becomes more plastic—more adaptable and ready to learn.

Those moments right after an error are when your brain is most prepared to grow.

The struggle to overcome a challenge fires up your neural connections, making them stronger and sharper.

But let’s be honest, we’re skipping this entire process now. The second we hit a snag, we throw it into ChatGPT or some other AI tool.

No thinking, no effort—just copy, paste, and move on. And while that might feel efficient, it’s cutting us off from the real work of learning.

When you let AI do all the heavy lifting, you miss the chance to stretch your brain, solve problems, and get better at what you do.

Learning is a journey of figuring things out, making mistakes, and then having that “aha” moment - so it is more than just finding the right answer.

Real growth happens in that “aha” moment.

But when you skip the journey, you lose the chance to build resilience—the ability to tackle hard things and come out stronger on the other side.

So, what can you do? Push yourself.

Take on tasks that force your brain to work. Let yourself make mistakes.

Instead of running straight to AI for answers, try solving the problem yourself first.

Use AI to refine or clarify, but not to replace your effort.

The goal is to stay engaged and keep your brain active, not hand over all the work to a machine.

This is how you build real cognitive resilience—by embracing the challenge, leaning into the mistakes, and letting your brain do what it was built to do: grow, adapt, and thrive.

Practice Intentional Learning
Practice Intentional Learning rather than passive learning.

What is Intentional Learning?

It is a cognitive process aimed at learning as a goal rather than an incidental outcome.

This approach plays a significant role in improving intelligence and promoting brain health.

In the paper "Learning Differentially Reorganizes Brain Activity and Connectivity," researchers explain that intentional learning stimulates neuroplasticity—the brain's ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections.

This means that actively engaging in the learning process strengthens the brain's adaptability, improving memory, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking.

The goal here is to build independence and reduce reliance on external tools, especially AI.

Instead of simply consuming information or offloading tasks, we need to take charge of our learning by actively engaging with materials, solving problems manually, and reflecting on the process.

Intentional learning is about doing the hard work that trains your brain to think, adapt, and grow.

To approach learning differently:

Set clear objectives for what you want to learn and why.

Engage deeply by taking notes, asking questions, and testing your understanding.

Use tools like AI sparingly, only to clarify concepts, not to replace effort.

Apply what you’ve learned in real-world scenarios to reinforce your knowledge.

In 2025, one of my personal goals is to learn two new programming languages/frameworks without heavy reliance on AI, but using AI as a complementary tool.

My hope is that this will help me develop expertise while retaining knowledge.

Focus on Interpersonal Skills
AI is everywhere, creating content and automating tasks, but it can’t replace what makes us human.

It can’t connect emotionally, build trust, or communicate with authenticity.

That’s why interpersonal skills like emotional intelligence, empathy, and clear communication are more important than ever— to help you stand out and also improve your intelligence.

Interpersonal skills are directly tied to intelligence.

Engaging with others challenges your brain in ways AI tools never can.

Listening actively, reading emotions, and responding thoughtfully require problem-solving, reasoning, and adaptability—key components of intelligence.

When you work on these skills, you’re improving your relationships, training your brain to think critically, process complex information, and generate new ideas.

AI-generated work is starting to look the same. What stands out now is your ability to add a human touch.

Empathy and authenticity create meaningful connections, while emotional awareness makes you a better leader and collaborator.

These are skills that AI cannot and will never replicate, and they are the very abilities that make intelligence dynamic and adaptable.

To strengthen your intelligence through interpersonal skills, start simple.

- When someone speaks, truly listen.

- Think about how emotions—yours and theirs—affect actions and outcomes.

- Consider perspectives other than your own before responding.

- Communicate clearly and genuinely.

These practices push your brain to engage in reasoning, empathy, and creativity—all while building stronger connections.

In a time where AI is becoming a tool for everyone, being human is what sets you apart.

Developing interpersonal skills not only makes you valuable but also strengthens your intelligence, keeping your brain active, flexible, and ready to take on challenges AI could never handle.

Conclusion

AI is a powerful tool, but it’s not a replacement for your mind.

We need to take control of our learning and decision-making.

We must strive to create a balance where AI complements our intelligence instead of replacing it.

We need to take a break from jumping on the next hype train. Take a breather.

Let’s keep our minds sharp, embrace new technologies responsibly, and use AI to improve - not diminish - our potential.

P.S.: To be clear, I am not saying you shouldn’t use AI. Of course, I used AI to generate ideas for this article, ask questions, and check grammar. But these are mainly the big ideas I wanted to express to the world—thoughts that live in my head during those bathroom moments and notions I’d love to dispel about our ability for creative expression and intelligence. I just want us to use AI without becoming lazy.

If you love this piece, you’d enjoy connecting with me in the LockedIN Mindset community. Like, ridiculously cheap. If OpenAI’s model costs $100 for a task, DeepSeek will do it for just $3. Yes, you read that right—3%.

To put this in perspective:

Imagine Tesla sells a car for $50,000. Then another company comes along with a car just as good—maybe even better—for $1,500. Which one would you buy? Exactly.

That’s essentially what DeepSeek is doing in the AI world.

Before you move ahead, I’d love to make this community better for you, so please give me your thoughts here. After, you can come back to enjoy this piece.

Why does this matter to you?

Let’s look at real-life examples of what this could mean:

Education: Picture a school creating a personalized AI tutor for students, helping them solve math problems or learn new skills. Before DeepSeek, this might’ve cost a fortune—now, it’s affordable for even the smallest schools.

Small Businesses: Maybe you’re running a local shop and want an AI chatbot to answer customer questions and help process orders. With OpenAI, this might’ve been too expensive to consider. But with DeepSeek? Totally doable.

Fitness Apps: Say you’re a fitness coach building a personal AI trainer to analyze clients’ diet and workout plans. OpenAI’s model could cost $4,500 to process data for 1,000 clients. DeepSeek? Just $150. That’s not just savings—it’s making something once impossible, possible.

What’s the catch?

Well, there’s some buzz about this being a model from China, and like any tech development, there are questions about ethics, regulations, and censorship.

For instance, Chinese AI models must align with the country’s “core socialist values,” which could mean certain limitations on sensitive topics.

Still, the fact that DeepSeek has gone open-source—making its work transparent and accessible to everyone—has huge implications for the global AI landscape.

So, what’s next?

DeepSeek isn’t stopping here. They’re planning to release more details, and even further developments.

People in the AI community are hyped, and honestly, so am I.

The bottom line? DeepSeek-R1 is a cool new model and a sign that the AI game is changing.

Costs are dropping, access is improving, and more people—yes, even you—can start imagining how AI can work for them.

What do you think about this shift in AI?

If you want to dive deeper into this or more details, I am building a more interactive LockedIN community, so please fill a form here so I can get your thoughts on what you’d love to see.

Until next time,

Stay LockedIN

Blessing Adesiji

AI Won't Replace You—If You Follow This Guide

Before you start, let me share something exciting—I’m building a more interactive LockedIN Mindset Community!

Blessing Adesiji

Before you start, let me share something exciting—I’m building a more interactive LockedIN Mindset Community!

It’s all about helping you achieve personal success through education, lifestyle, and a mindset rooted in focus, discipline, and action. Absolutely.

Here’s the good news: there are jobs AI can’t replace.

These are the roles that lean into what makes us human—creativity, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and strategic thinking.

And then there’s the flip side: careers where you’re building or managing AI, keeping it in check.

If you can align your skills with these opportunities, not only will you thrive—you’ll also future-proof your career.

Let’s break it all down.

The Inflection Point: What You Need to Know

AI started as a helper, automating simple tasks and making workflows more efficient.

But as it gets smarter, AI is crossing a line—the inflection point—where it can start doing things independently, sometimes better than humans.

Think about data entry or language translation; AI is already outperforming us in these areas.

Here’s the thing: when AI crosses this point, certain jobs become obsolete.

Human labor in those markets simply can’t compete.

But this shift isn’t all bad news—it’s creating space for new opportunities in fields where AI complements, rather than replaces, human expertise.

Your mission? Focus on these areas.

The Skills You Need to Stay Ahead

The World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report 2025 lays it out clearly: the fastest-growing skills by 2030 are the ones AI struggles with, like creativity, leadership, and adaptability.

Here’s the top 10 list:

AI and Big Data: Analyze and act on vast datasets.

Networks and Cybersecurity: Protect against evolving threats.

Technological Literacy: Understand and navigate emerging tools.

Creative Thinking: Solve problems with originality and innovation.

Resilience and Flexibility: Adapt to rapid changes.

Curiosity and Lifelong Learning: Stay open to continuous skill-building.

Leadership and Social Influence: Inspire and guide teams.

Talent Management: Attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Analytical Thinking: Turn data into insights.

Environmental Stewardship: Solve sustainability challenges.

These skills map directly to the roles that will thrive in the AI era. No half-measures.

And you can see it everywhere—the skyline, the roads, the technology—it’s all designed to impress and last.

But here’s what really stuck with me:

I started asking myself every single day— "Is this the highest quality I can deliver?"

If the answer was no, I didn’t quit. I didn’t wait for motivation to hit.

Instead, I added just 1% improvement to whatever I was working on.

And that’s where the LockedIN Mindset was born.

It’s a mindset of Focus, Discipline, and Action. It’s about showing up daily and stacking those small wins—because 1% better every day doesn’t just add up; it compounds.

How I Used the 1% Rule to Level Up

Let me share a few examples of how I applied the daily 1% mindset:

Content Creation – When I started, I struggled to present my ideas clearly on camera. I kept improving with each video—tweaking my delivery, refining my scripts—and now I can confidently say I’m much better at communicating complex ideas.

Cinematography – The quality of my videos? It’s night and day compared to a few months ago. I invested time daily into improving my camera angles, lighting, and editing techniques. Most importantly - the gears! I didn’t start with the best gears, I started with my phone, and now the gear I work with is in the thousands of dollars.

Editing Team – Even my editor started from a basic level. But with the 1% mindset, we both worked to improve the process—faster edits, better visuals—and now we’re producing high-quality content consistently.

This is how you compound effort. Small improvements every day stack up over time.

How to Use the 1% Rule in Your Life

Start Small, Stay Consistent

Pick one area—your health, career, or learning—and commit to improving by 1% every day.

It could be 10 extra minutes at the gym.

Reading one more page of a book.

Sending one more email or creating one more video.

Track It Relentlessly

Write it down or use an app to keep track of your wins.

Seeing your progress will keep you locked in.

Focus on Systems, Not Goals

Goals are great, but systems make them sustainable.

Focus on building daily habits that push you toward the big picture.

Celebrate the Small Wins

Every 1% improvement counts, so celebrate the progress—not just the final result.

Stay LockedIN Even When Motivation Fades

Motivation is unreliable.

That’s why the LockedIN Mindset is built on discipline and action, not feelings.

Why Does It Work?

Here’s the science—your brain thrives on dopamine rewards. Every time you complete a small win, your brain releases dopamine, keeping you motivated and focused.

The 1% Rule takes advantage of this by turning progress into a habit, rewiring your brain to crave growth rather than comfort.

Your Challenge for Today

Pick one area of your life—health, career, learning, relationships—and improve by just 1% today.

It might not seem like much now, but give it 30 days, 60 days, 90 days—and see how far you go.

Final Thoughts

The Arabs taught me to approach life with excellence—to never settle for average.

And that’s what the LockedIN Mindset is about—Focus, Discipline, and Action to build habits that compound over time.

So think about your career, business, and fitness—what’s one thing you can start improving 1% at a time to churn out high-quality work?

Let’s make it happen, Stay LockedIN

Blessing

The LockedIN Mindset

Struggling with Your Goals? Sound familiar?

If you’ve been struggling with your goals, I want to share something that might help: a book called Thinking in Systems: A Primer by Donella Meadows.

Picture this: You’re standing by a river, watching the water flow. You notice how the current shapes the riverbanks, how leaves drift along, and how one tiny pebble can send ripples far and wide. That’s how Donella Meadows sees life—as a series of interconnected systems where small actions can have powerful effects.

One of the ideas Meadows introduces is called “feedback loops.” Think about a thermostat. When your room gets too cold, it kicks on the heat. When it’s too hot, it cools things down. This is a feedback loop—it keeps things steady. Now imagine applying that to your goals. Let’s say you’re trying to exercise more. Each time you work out, you feel a little stronger and more energized. That’s positive feedback, nudging you to keep going. Recognizing these loops in your life can help you create habits that stick.

Another concept she explores is “leverage points.” These are the sweet spots where a small tweak can lead to big results. It’s like finding the perfect spot to push a heavy door—it doesn’t take much effort, but it swings wide open. If you’re overwhelmed by your goals, this idea can be a game-changer. For example, if you’re trying to manage your time better, setting a strict “no phone” rule for the first hour of your day could transform your focus and productivity without overhauling your entire routine.

What I love about Meadows’ approach is how practical it feels. She doesn’t ask you to fix everything at once or strive for perfection. Instead, she teaches you to step back, look at the bigger picture, and find the small, meaningful changes that can make a difference.

Sometimes, when we’re stuck, it’s easy to blame ourselves or think we’re just not good enough. But what if the problem isn’t you—it’s the system around you? Meadows’ book is a reminder that success isn’t always about working harder; it’s about working smarter by understanding the connections that shape your life.

So, if you’re feeling stuck, Thinking in Systems might just be the perspective shift you need. It’s not a quick fix or a flashy productivity hack—it’s a thoughtful guide to understanding how the world works, so you can design systems that work for you.

Happy reading—and here’s to building systems that lead you closer to your goals.

How to Automate Your Business and Qualify Leads Effortlessly

A Real Story of Turning Chaos into Growth with Simple Automation

Blessing Adesiji

Running a business is tough. Let’s face it—entrepreneurship is a constant battle of juggling tasks, keeping customers happy, and trying to grow while the weight of the world is on your shoulders. You pour your soul into your venture, yet the days feel like firefighting instead of building.

Sound familiar?

I know exactly how that feels because I’ve been there. When I started my business, I thought hard work alone would bring success. I believed every lead would turn into a customer if I just pushed hard enough. So I spent hours responding to inquiries manually, trying to create the perfect follow-up emails, and juggling endless admin tasks. I was doing everything myself—marketing, customer outreach, operations—hoping the hustle would pay off.

But it didn’t. Leads slipped through the cracks. I missed opportunities because I was overwhelmed, and customers moved on while I was still trying to keep up. It felt like a hamster wheel I couldn’t escape.

The turning point came when I realized this wasn’t sustainable. I needed a system to automate the repetitive tasks that were eating my time and keeping me from focusing on what mattered most—growing the business. Leveraging my experience in building technology systems—having spent over three years as a Data Scientist and Data Engineer, and two years developing AI applications using Large Language Models—I knew I had to act fast to automate the nightmare I was facing. So, I turned to Zapier to quickly build a solution.

I set up a system to automate lead qualification and follow-ups. With this, I didn’t just save time—I started converting leads into paying customers, bringing in thousands of pounds in revenue. What once felt impossible now felt effortless. Let me share exactly how you can do the same.

The Struggle Is Real: Why Most Entrepreneurs Burn Out

Here’s what happens:

You get leads, but they slip through the cracks.
Someone asks about your service or product, but by the time you follow up, they’ve moved on to a competitor.

You try to do it all manually.
Manually responding to emails, managing customer preferences, and making tailored recommendations—it’s exhausting and unsustainable.

Your time disappears into thin air.
Instead of focusing on growth, you’re stuck in the weeds of repetitive tasks that a robot could easily handle.

The result? Missed sales, frustrated customers, and the nagging feeling that you’re always one step behind.

Zapier: The Secret Weapon for Struggling Entrepreneurs

Zapier changes the game by automating the repetitive stuff so you can focus on building your empire. Let me show you how I transformed my business using the exact same steps you’re about to learn.

<a class="image-link image2 is-viewable-img" Finally Get Some Sleep)

Step 1: The Form That Starts It All

Use a tool like Tally to create a simple form. Ask questions that help you understand your customers:

What’s their favorite product or service?

What specific needs or preferences do they have?

Are they looking for anything special, like a one-time project or ongoing support?

This was the first thing I did. I created a form to collect leads and better understand what my potential customers needed.

Step 2: Build Your Zap

Zapier is where the magic happens. Here’s the exact process I followed:

1. Trigger: Tally Submission
Every time someone fills out the form, Zapier kicks into action.

2. ChatGPT: Qualify the Lead
Zapier sends the form responses to ChatGPT, which crafts a friendly, tailored recommendation.

Here’s the magic prompt:

Based on the customer’s preferences:

- What they’re looking for: [Answer]

- Special needs or preferences: [Answer]

- Occasion or timeline: [Answer]

Write a personalized email recommending the best product or service for them and explain why it’s perfect. Keep the tone conversational and include a call-to-action to follow up or purchase.

3. Delay by Zapier: Add a Human Touch
Zapier pauses for 5-10 minutes before sending the email. Why? So it feels like you personally thought about their needs instead of firing off an instant robotic response.

4. Gmail: Send the Email
Zapier sends the personalized email directly to the customer. No manual typing. No wasted time. Just pure magic.

What the Customer Sees

Here’s the kind of email your customers will receive:

Subject: Your Perfect Solution Awaits!

Hi [Name],

Thank you for sharing your needs! Based on what you’re looking for, we recommend [Product/Service Recommendation]. It’s tailored to meet [specific need or preference] and will be perfect for your upcoming project/event.

Click here to learn more and get started: [Link to Offer]

We’re excited to work with you and help you achieve your goals!

Best regards,
[Your Name]

Result? Happy customers who feel understood, personalized service that sets you apart, and more sales rolling in—all without you lifting a finger.

Why This Works for Any Entrepreneur

Here’s why this system is perfect if you’re tired of struggling:

It Saves You Time: Automate the repetitive stuff and focus on building your business.

It Feels Personal: Customers want to feel special, and personalized recommendations show you care.

It Boosts Sales: By following up instantly (but thoughtfully), you capture leads before they go cold.

Your Next Steps (Because You Deserve a Break)

Create a Tally form for your leads.

Set up a Zapier automation to qualify and follow up with them.

Sit back and watch as leads turn into sales while you finally have time to focus on what you love.

The Results Speak for Themselves

After implementing this system, I went from struggling to keep up with inquiries to confidently growing my business. In just a few months, we generated thousands of pounds in revenue by qualifying leads and delivering tailored offers.

Entrepreneurship is hard, but you don’t have to do it alone—or manually. Automate smarter, not harder, and build the business of your dreams without burning yourself out.

Now go forth and conquer. It clings to me with the tenacity of a clingy cat, and I fight to break free. Spoiler alert: The bed almost always wins for an extra snooze or two.

Weekend Hangover: No, not that kind of hangover! The one where your brain is still lounging in Sunday’s lazy bliss and refuses to accept that the weekend is over.

Time Warp: Is it just me, or does time move at a snail’s pace on Mondays? The clock seems to mock me, ticking slower than usual, making lunchtime feel like a distant dream.

Motivation Mystery: Finding motivation on a Monday is like finding a needle in a haystack. It’s elusive, challenging, and sometimes feels downright impossible. But when I do find it, it’s like striking gold.

Gym Jumble: I have a regular workout routine, and I love hitting the gym. But Mondays are different. Dragging myself to the gym on a Monday feels like a Herculean task. My workout clothes seem heavier, the gym feels farther away, and every rep feels like lifting a mountain. But once I'm there, it's worth it!

Despite all this, Monday is also a fresh start, a new beginning, and an opportunity to set the tone for a productive week. You can also let me know what you struggle with on Mondays.

So, here’s to conquering the Monday blues together, one quirky struggle at a time!

Don’t forget to join our new learning community. CLICK HERE.
